Our team members also benefit from comprehensive medical coverage, fully claimable business expenses and allowances, and a clear pathway for long-term career advancement – with direct exposure to global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Engagement & CommunicationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with investors, family offices, and institutional partners across Asia.Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, updates, and reporting.Coordinate investor communications, including newsletters, updates, and briefing materials.Support the CIO/CEO in investor presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.Maintain CRM databases for investor contacts, meeting logs, and communication records.Fundraising & Roadshow CoordinationPlan and organise investor roadshows, fundraising tours, and private investor sessions across major Asian cities (Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Bangkok, etc.).Prepare schedules, itineraries, and event logistics including meeting confirmations and travel arrangements.Work with internal teams to prepare presentation decks, teasers, and event collateral tailored to investor profiles.Track fundraising progress, investor commitments, and post-event reporting.Events & NetworkingOrganise investor networking sessions, roundtables, and partnership events to strengthen Crewstone’s investor community.Identify key industry conferences and events for participation and ensure Crewstone’s strong brand representation.Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event-day execution with professionalism.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.At least 3 years’ experience in investor relations, fundraising support, capital markets, or financial communications.Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, or asset management preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.Willingness to travel regionally for roadshows and investor meetings.High attention to detail, professional presentation, and discretion in handling confidential information.
