The RoleThis is not just a sourcing role — it’s a client partnership role with a recruitment engine. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, managing expectations, and executing end-to-end talent delivery — from sourcing to offer stage.With a focus on speed, quality, and communication, you’ll balance multiple client demands while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.If you’re someone who loved the hustle of agency recruitment and wants to bring that energy into a purpose-driven, culture-rich environment — this is the role for you.What You’ll DoServe as the main recruitment contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships. Understand client hiring needs, job roles, culture fit, and timelines through kick-off calls and briefs. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries.Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, databases, and creative outreach methods. Screen, shortlist, and present qualified profiles to clients — with clear, concise summaries. Manage the candidate journey: coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide offers. Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders (fill rates, pipeline status, time-to-fill). Meet or exceed weekly & monthly hiring targets and KPIs (e.g., submissions, interviews, placements). Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support large-scale hiring campaigns.✅ What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment agency. Proven success in delivering hires under tight deadlines — you’re used to targets and proud of hitting them. Strong client management skills: you know how to set expectations, follow up professionally, and handle feedback. Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and proactive. Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 🌈 Why Join Us?We believe hard work deserves recognition — and a great workplace should be rewarding, accessible, and fun.
