You can rely on us to deliver today and help you plan for tomorrow.Your new roleAs a Graduate Trainee, your responsibilities will include:Scheduling interviews and creating placement records with 100% accuracyAct as a point of contact for candidates and clients, delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.Manage temporary worker details, including contracts, candidate pre-onboarding, offboarding banking information, and time sheets via recruitment systems.Maintain accurate records on client platforms and ensure data integrity.Support compliance reporting and assist in preparing monthly reports for stakeholders.What you'll need to succeedWe’re looking for fresh graduates from all backgrounds.
