HRM DATA ANALYST - JMLocation: McLean, VA | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI with CI PolygraphOverviewDarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly skilled and motivated Human Capital Data Analyst to support a critical National Security program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing workforce data, building data visualizations, and providing analytic support for various human capital initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis tools, the ability to communicate findings clearly, and a strong background in workforce analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze workforce data, including metrics related to hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility, to identify trends and labor projectionsBuild and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other analytical products to meet client needsAssist in the development and maintenance of position description libraries to standardize role information across the organizationAdminister and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibilityNormalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets for consistent analysisSupport survey design and execution across 18 Intelligence Community (IC) agenciesProvide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts, ensuring accurate and timely insightsManage HR data and conduct thorough analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making processesMinimum QualificationsClearance: TS/SCI with CI PolygraphEducation/Experience: BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, MA/MS degree and 0+ years, or no degree +9 yearsPrior experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC)Strong ability to communicate technical or analytical findings in an easily understandable format through graphic, written, and verbal meansProficiency in Tableau is required, with experience building data visualizations and dashboardsProficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Tableau, Python, and SQLDesired QualificationsFamiliarity with tools such as Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, and LawsonExperience in workforce analytics and workforce planning, particularly in human capital management and strategyCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market data.
