Job Description

Job PurposeTo promote effective HR & admin functions and enable business success through efficiency in day to day HR plans and programs implementationKey Responsibility Area (KRA) Recruitment: Coordinating for HRF, JD, Sourcing Candidate & Interview with HODs / UH. Employee Master Database: Maintain and verify master database of all employees along with joining formalities and documentation in an organized and systematic order both manually and in HRM System. Probation & Confirmation Review: Preparing Probation Period Review Form, MIS & coordinating with HODs / UH for timely completion Payroll: Facilitating resolutions to any Payroll errors. Learning & Development: Support for TNI & Implementation of L&D Plans. Time Office: Verify and maintain proper record of attendance, hours worked, overtime, official duty, absenteeism and missed attendance punch. Contract Employees Verification: Contract Employees and security guard attendance and bill verification. Leave and OD: Maintaining Leave and official duty record and verification. Insurance claim: Initiate insurance claim process in a timely and accurate manner. Grievance Handling & Disciplinary action: Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Employee Engagement Activity: Need to coordinate with HO/UH/HOD for employee engagement activity. GR/IR/PR: Coordinate and assist for any such GR/IR/PR related issues. JD – Job Description: Preparing JD in coordination with HOD/UH. Others HR Operations: Support for execution of Appraisal System, Goal Setting, Organogram, Exit Formality, HR Audit. Others Admin operations: Canteen Mgmt. / Security Guard / Guest House / Housekeeping, Driver & Vehicle Movement/Travel Arrangement. Monitors and procures needed supplies for office and kitchen.Report: Daily, Weekly & Monthly HR MIS Report & Absenteeism ReportQualification: BBS/BBA/BBM CompletedExperience: 2 years of relevant professional experience.Required Competencies Knowledge of using office technology and related software for HR functions. Ability to report and communicate work assignments on a daily basis. High level of attention to details. Professional mannerism.Work Location: Kurintar, Chitwan (Barahsinghe)Business Unit: Yak Biergarten
