Telecom Engineer Fresh Graduates

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for telecommunications and a strong foundation in project management. As a Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, risk assessment, and management of telecom projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Control & Management: Assist in planning and monitoring telecom projects from inception to completion.Risk Assessment & Control: Identify potential risks in projects and implement control measures to mitigate them.Customer Satisfaction Management: Engage with clients to ensure telecom projects meet their expectations and deliver excellent service.Other SpecificationLogical Analysis: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to address telecom project challenges.Excel & PowerPoint: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for project presentations.Basic Telecommunication Knowledge: Understanding of core telecom concepts and systems.Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and practices.Knowledge of Newer Technologies: Awareness of emerging telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, IoT) and trends.QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or any other related field.
