Seeking an HR Administrator who enjoys variety, people, and being part of a collaborative team.This newly created role supports a group of businesses with diverse services and products — giving you exposure across multiple industries and the opportunity to help shape efficient HR processes from the ground up.You’ll work closely with the Director and leadership team, providing hands-on HR coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.Duties will include:Prepare employment contracts, offers, and onboarding documentationCoordinate new starter inductions and offboarding activitiesMaintain and update employee records, databases, and organisational chartsAssist with reviewing and updating HR policies and proceduresSupport recruitment processes – posting ads, scheduling interviews, reference checkingHelp coordinate training and performance review processesProvide general HR administrative support to managers and employeesContribute to engagement initiatives and other HR projectsAssist with workers compensation and return-to-work documentationPrepare HR-related reports such as headcount, leave, and compliance trackingWhat you’ll bring:Previous experience in an HR support or administration roleA genuine interest in HR and employee engagementStrong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-throughA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnSound knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems (desirable)This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career, gain broad experience across multiple businesses, and work as part of a supportive and approachable team.This role is based in Bellevue and will require trips to Northam 1-2 days a week to start with and then will reduce to every couple of weeks.
