About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, experienced Admin/Human Resources manager to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.If you’re passionate about people, organization, and process efficiency, we’d love to meet you. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation • Maintain and update HR records, policies, and compliance files • Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives • Coordinate training and development programs • Provide day-to-day HR support to management and staffAdministration • Oversee office operations, logistics, and inventory management • Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events • Maintain administrative systems and vendor relationships • Prepare reports, memos, and other official documentsWhat We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of proven HR and Admin experience • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteSalary: N200,000 How to ApplyIf this sounds like the right fit for you, please send your resume to mbamaluamaranellie@gmail.com.Use the job title “Admin/Human Resources Manager” as the subject of your email.
