Through innovative platforms such as Findadmission (student recruitment and CRM platform) and Worldview Pro (technical training and workforce management platform), we connect global institutions, students, and professionals to new opportunities.We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist who will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compliance, and employee relations — ensuring a motivated, compliant, and high-performing team across our business units.Job SummaryThe Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, systems, and processes that align with Worldview Group’s strategic goals. The role requires a professional who can balance administrative efficiency with strategic HR support in a fast-paced, technology-driven, and international environment.Key Responsibilities1. HR Administration & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and international HR standards.Manage visa, relocation, and onboarding support for international hires (where applicable).2. Payroll ManagementProcess and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.Administer statutory deductions (PAYE, pension, taxes, etc.) and ensure compliance.Track attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits.Reconcile payroll with the Finance Department monthly.3. Recruitment & OnboardingOversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer letter.Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.Maintain a talent pipeline for key roles across departments.4. Employee Relations & PerformanceHandle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Support performance appraisal cycles and provide feedback frameworks.Coordinate staff training, workshops, and professional development plans.5. HR Strategy & CultureSupport management in building an engaging and high-performance work culture.Contribute to organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals.Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3–5 years’ HR experience (preferably in a tech, education, or multinational organization).Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and payroll systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
