The Human Resources Manager will oversee and support day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. The role also involves implementing HR strategies that align with the company's mission, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational goals. The HR Manager will facilitate employee training, lead professional development initiatives, and support leadership in decision-making processes.
