The Human Resources Manager will oversee and support day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. The role also involves implementing HR strategies that align with the company's mission, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational goals. The HR Manager will facilitate employee training, lead professional development initiatives, and support leadership in decision-making processes. Qualifications Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skillsExperience in Policy Development and ImplementationProficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and HRIS systemsAbility to facilitate Employee Training, Development, and Performance ManagementStrong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skillsIn-depth knowledge of labor law and compliance standardsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantageProven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar leadership HR role
