Key Responsibilities:HRDC: Assist with HRDC documentation, submissions, claims, and ensure compliance with training requirements.Recruitment: Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare onboarding documents.Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR letters, and ensure proper filing of all HR documents.Staff Welfare: Support employee engagement activities, benefits administration, and promote a positive work environment.Other Related Duties: Provide general HR administrative support and assist in HR projects and reporting tasks.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.Fresh Grad are welcomeGood knowledge of HR processes and documentation practices.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
