A Dynamic & meticulous HR professional to take on a dual role as HRBP & C&B specialist. This role will provide HR business partnering support to our Malaysia office (from Singapore) and lead compensation & benefits activities across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Japan.1. HR Business PartneringBe the HR point of contact and provide support on HR related matters for the Malaysia office, supporting from Singapore.Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.Support local HR initiatives and policies aligned with regional and global frameworks.2. Compensation & BenefitsSupport the annual budgeting and manpower planning process, providing data analysis and insights.Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations, social securities and tax requirements.Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary review, bonus administration and benefits reviews.Manage benefits administration, vendor relationships and renewal of insurance/benefits programs across markets.Monitor C&B trend market trends, benchmarking and best practices to recommend enhancements.3. Payroll & HR Operations.Act as the backup for monthly payroll processing across assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with statutory requirements.Partner with payroll vendors and finance teams on payroll reconciliations, reporting and audits when required.4. General HR supportProvide HR data analysis and reporting for management review.Participate in regional/global HR projects and initiatives when required.Support ad hoc HR topics and process as assignedTechnical skills Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation in Singapore & Malaysia.Familiarity with Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Japan C&B regulations.Proven experience in annual budgeting, benefits management, and salary /bonus administration.Soft SkillsMeticulous, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders across countries.Proficiency in HRIS and MS office (Excel & PowerPoint)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field,Requirement:Minimum 5 years of regional HRBP experience as well as experience in Compensation & Benefits across multiple countries.Preferred AttributesExperience working in a regional or multinational environment. § Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. § High integrity and professional maturity.
