About The TeamThe Monee Credit & Insurance HRBP team works closely with business leaders to create a thriving, engaged, and high-performing workforce. We operate at the intersection of people and business, supporting our Credit and Insurance business lines in areas such as employee onboarding, engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.Our role is both strategic and hands-on — from keeping a close watch on team sentiment to delivering initiatives that address specific team needs. We collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure company-wide policies and programmes are tailored to our business units.Job DescriptionPartner with managers from the Monee Credit and Insurance business lines to manage day-to-day HR matters, including (but not limited to) onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processesCollaborate with Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment teams to adapt and implement company-wide initiatives to meet the specific needs of your assigned teamsSupport headcount tracking, hiring needs reviews, and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders and the Recruitment teamActively monitor team morale through surveys, feedback channels, and direct interactions; identify potential issues and provide proactive, actionable solutionsSupport HR data analysis and reporting to assist leaders in making informed decisionsEnsure compliance with HR policies, processes, and employment regulations by working closely with the HR teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in junior business partnering rolesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across teamsGood problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitudeAble to adapt quickly to change and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
