This position will report directly to the Global HRBP and will partner very closely with the Site HRs to ensure that the company’s recruitment of high-calibre talent is in line with the company's business goalsKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for global functional roles, including job postings, proactive sourcing, HR screening interviews, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, and offer management/negotiation.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and professional networks.Partner closely with Global HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align recruitment strategies with business needs and workforce plans.Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights, talent availability analysis, and recommendations on hiring strategies.Track, analyze, and report recruitment performance through key metrics and dashboards to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.Maintain strong knowledge of global talent markets, employment trends, and best practices in talent acquisition.Support employer branding initiatives and promote a consistent, positive candidate experience across all regions.Ensure compliance with global and local employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements throughout the recruitment process.Key Skills & Qualifications Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldAt least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the manufacturing industryProven track record of successful direct sourcing and direct hires across various functions and levelsDemonstrated experience in developing innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging market intelligence for talent acquisitionCreative, outside-the-box mindset with strong attention to detail in sourcing and engaging top talentSolid experience collaborating across functions and cultures in a complex, fast-paced environmentStrong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates at all levelsHighly organized, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionUp to date with current employment legislation and HR best practices
