Aneurin Leisure Trust is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with managers across the Trust to deliver a comprehensive HR service that champions best practice, supports employee wellbeing, and drives organisational development. From managing employee relations and supporting recruitment to coaching managers and overseeing learning and development, your work will help shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.What You’ll Be DoingActing as the first point of contact for HR queries and managing the HR mailboxSupporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and changes to termsLeading on attendance management and supporting wellbeing initiativesCoaching and advising managers on HR policies and complex employee relations issuesCoordinating training and development, including HR toolkits for managersMaintaining accurate HR records and ensuring GDPR complianceWhat We’re Looking ForCIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) EssentialStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent communication and organisational skillsExperience in HR systems (e.g., iTrent, Planday) DesirableA proactive, supportive, and solutions-focused approachA full driving licence and access to a vehicleWhy Join Us?
