Job Description

Solar Village Foundation, Inc. is seeking the services of an experienced HR Consultant to develop a comprehensive HR Manual that outlines the foundation's HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Objectives:Review and finalize the draft HR Manual and make sure that it is aligned with local labor laws and regulations.Ensure that the HR Manual accurately represents Solar Village Foundation, Inc. mission, values, and culture.Provide clear guidelines for HR practices, employee conduct, and management expectations.Ensure consistency in HR decision-making and practices across the foundation.Scope of Work:1. Conduct a review of the company's current HR practices and policies.2. Research and benchmark best practices in HR management.3. Review and/or make necessary revisions on the draft HR Manual that includes:    Foundation overview and mission statement    Human Resource Management    Workplace Related Policies    Human Resource Development    Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution    Employee SeparationEnsure the HR Manual is compliant with local labor laws and regulations.Finalize the draft HR Manual based on feedback and recommendations.Deliverables:A comprehensive HR Manual document.Qualifications and Competencies:Demonstrated experience in HR policy development and employee handbook creation.Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Responsibilities:The HR Consultant will be responsible for:Conducting research and analysisReview or make necessary revisions on the draft HR ManualFinalizing the manual based on feedbackThe Solar Village Foundation, Inc. will be responsible for:Providing necessary information and dataReviewing and providing feedback on the HR ManualOn time processing of payment to the consultantDuration and Location:The assignment will be for 1 month starting November 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.The HR Consultant will have to work remotely using his/her personal laptop and may also be requested to report to the office located at Avodah Impact Center, Unit 108, MCS Tower, Makati Cinema Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City as the case may need.Reporting and Supervision:The staff will report directly to Ms. Marilou Q. Muega, Finance and Administrative Director and work closely with Ms. Marivic B. Quiobe, HR Officer.RatesThe rate of P25,000 net professional fee with allocation of P1,500 for communication (substantiated by receipt) during the whole engagement and P500 per day transportation & meal subsidy (evidenced by Acknowledgement receipt) whenever there is a need to physically visit SVF office. Terms and Conditions:The HR Consultant must adhere to the organization’s code of conduct and confidentiality policies.Any changes to this TOR will be communicated in writing.
