What You’ll DoAs a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll be the go-to People advisor for VPs and Directors, supporting Doctolib in a phase of growth and transformation. Your mission: turn strategy into human and organizational impact.Reporting to our Senior HRBP Manager, you will partner closely with our leaders to help them set the right performance bar, strengthen engagement, reduce attrition in competitive talent markets, and design resilient orgs at global scale.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Strategic People Partner: Advise VPs/Directors on all HR topics from team structuring to performance management; coach leaders through organizational transformation and ambiguity while driving change management initiativesBuild data-driven HR roadmaps: Co-create strategic HR plans with leadership, leveraging analytics and KPIs (performance distribution, attrition, engagement) to deliver actionable insights and track outcomes with clear OKRsLead talent and performance excellence: Run end-to-end HR cycles (performance, talent reviews, compensation) with rigorous calibration; design development, retention, and succession plans that raise the bar across the organizationHandle complex people matters: Navigate challenging individual cases with Legal support, ensuring compliance while maintaining business agility and fairnessBridge business and global People programs: Ensure seamless alignment between local business needs and global People initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional partners (TA, L&D, C&B, Legal) to deliver integrated solutionsWho You AreBefore you read on — if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.You could be our next team mate if you:Are fluent in English and French to work effectively in our international environment.
