Human Resources Director - Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh CityCharterhouse are supporting a US MNC in the Financial Services sector in their search for an HR Director to be based in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.This is a replacement role and will report to the Head of HR based in Singapore and will oversee the end to end operational and strategic HR for around 150 headcount and will manage 2 HR Execs.This person will need to have previous exposure of HR leadership from a US MNC ideally or similarly diverse organization.ResponsibilitiesOversee Talent Acquisition for all level positions for both sites from branding to attraction to pipelining initiatives and proactive sourcing for key talentRecalibrate the retention strategy by reviewing the compensation and total rewards to ensure competitive alignment with the marketEnsure that HR administration, documentation and data integrity records are maintained appropriately.Utilize data and analytical tools and systems to provide information on market trendsManage leadership development, performance management and succession planning to provide clear career paths and retention strategiesPayroll is outsourced to third party providers so only payroll administration is neededAct as a strong business partner to drive performance and culture and meet business needs Ad hoc tasks as needed including collaboration with the APAC region and global projectsAttributesPrevious exposure of HR Leadership within US or European MNCsStrong command of written and spoken English and excellent overall communication skillsCollaborative approach and ability to pivot and exhibit flexibility as neededOnly successful candidates will be notifiedEA License no: 16S8066 | Reg no.: R1879088
