The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling US employee documentation, onboarding, and HR system management through Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations during US EST working hours.Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for US-based and offshore teams.Maintain accurate employee records, offer letters, and HR documentation in compliance with US standards.Assist with US work — document collection, verification, and coordination with legal/immigration teams.Administer and maintain Zoho People modules (attendance, leave, performance, and compliance tracking).Ensure HR compliance with US labor practices and company policies.Support payroll coordination and time tracking for cross-border teams.Coordinate with hiring managers and finance for staffing, onboarding, and benefits documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting US-based operations.Working knowledge of US work visa categories and documentation processes.Proficiency in Zoho People or other HRMS tools.Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently during US Eastern Time (EST).
