Job Description

Provide first-line support for HR processes, general HR administration, and low-risk employee relations queries.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, sharing feedback, and tracking all recruitment stages.Coordinate visa-related processes including visa applications/renewals, labour cards, Emirates ID processing, document collection, labour contract formalities, insurance cards, and visa stamping.Manage the complete employee onboarding process ensuring a smooth joining experience.Maintain, organize, and update employee filing systems and HR records.Assist in organizing and managing employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.Update and manage HR databases with accurate employee information, such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations, and days off. Support leave balance updates and coordination.Assist with travel arrangements for employees as needed.Draft organizational announcements and support internal communications and office correspondence.Arrange travel accommodations, including transportation and flight bookings.Support HR projects such as company events, the Performance Development Process cycle, Training & Development initiatives, and recruitment activities.
