As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role across the full employee lifecycle — from operations and recruitment to learning and engagement.🌟 Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & ComplianceProvide daily HR operational support, managing employee records, digital work card, and absences.Support payroll preparation and review, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.Handle all employment-related changes (hires, terminations, amendments) in line with local labor law and deadlines.Design, review, and update HR Policies & Procedures, ensuring consistency with company standards and ISO/internal audit frameworks.Oversee HR Department purchasing processes in alignment with company Procurement Policy.Learning & DevelopmentSupport the implementation of the Annual Training Plan.Liaise with training providers and analyze training feedback to enhance learning effectiveness.Assist in Performance Management processes — goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews — ensuring timely execution.Employee Experience, Communication & EngagementSupport internal communication and engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, corporate events, CSR actions, and Townhall meetings.Manage content for the Social Intranet and internal newsletters.Contribute to wellbeing and mental health initiatives by ensuring access to relevant programs and resources.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingManage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external roles.Coordinate the Onboarding Program, creating a seamless and engaging start for new hires.Support Employer Branding initiatives through content creation, career events, and social media presence.Employee Relations & AdvisoryAct as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and employment matters.Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, ensuring trust and transparency across all teams.🎯 What You BringBachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of relevant HR experience in a dynamic organization.Knowledge of Greek labor legislation and HR practices.Excellent command of English (written & spoken).Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems will be considered an asset.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.💎 What We OfferCompetitive remuneration packageGroup Life & Medical PlanVoluntary Pension PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee discounts on products & servicesContinuous learning & development opportunitiesA modern, inclusive, and supportive work environment within a leading automotive company📩 If you’re ready to contribute to a people-first organization that values growth, collaboration, and innovation — we’d love to meet you!
