We are driven by passion for our consumers and customers & care for our people and the environment, while enjoying life & daring to dream and pioneer.We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruitment & Learning Specialist to join our HR Team, under a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026.In this exciting role, you’ll support both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development activities — helping us attract, grow, and inspire our people, the heart of our company.What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition Supports the full life cycle recruiting process end to end (role profiling, determining selection criteria, candidate sourcing through various channels, attracting, CV screening, assessments, interviews, job offer, new hire onboarding) in close collaboration with Hiring Managers & HRBPs. Creates & maintains strong & diverse talent pipelines for company’s current and future hiring needs via multiple channels. Monitors & uses TA data to understand key trends and opportunities. Participates in career events & job fairs or other employer branding activities to create a strong network of prospective employees. Co-ordinates AB internship & traineeship programs. Manages Success Factors platform for recruiting process. Learning & Development Leverages HEINEKEN Global tools (e.g. LinkedIn Learning) to design targeted learning paths / campaigns so as to facilitate short, medium and long term capability building. Co-ordinates learning & culture development programs / projects (e.g. annual mandatory training curriculum, Behaviors Recognition Scheme). Delivers online, blended or in person L&D sessions & supports colleagues in using HEINEKEN e-learning platforms. Organizes and monitors relevant KPIs & provides monthly / quarterly review and reporting to internal stakeholders. Measures, benchmarks, and evaluates Learning initiatives’ effectiveness. Develops or updates instructional material. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in HR. Experience in Talent Acquisition or Learning & Development is an asset. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
