This role is ideal for a human resources professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Working closely with senior HR leadership and regional leadership team, you will help implement strategic HR initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources, and is based out of our Dongguan office.As the HR Generalist, you will have an opportunity to:Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.Support conflict resolution and facilitate constructive communication between employees and managers.Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in collaboration with leadership.Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.Support benefits administration, including enrollment, employee inquiries, and open enrollment coordination.Collaborate with the Compensation team to provide market data and conduct job analyses for position classification.Assist in the delivery of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.Partner with managers to create and support employee development plans.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Maintain accurate HR records for audits, reporting, and compliance.Support performance appraisal processes and alignment of expectations between employees and managers.Contribute to strategies that enhance employee engagement and performance.Participate in HR projects aligned with business goals.Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports (e.g., turnover, attendance).You have:Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Vietnamese.
