Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and developing HR strategies to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate employee records, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, the role involves designing training and development programs, addressing employee concerns, and implementing HR policies to optimize workforce productivity and engagement.
