Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment and Development Manager located in Agra. The Recruitment and Development Manager will oversee recruitment operations, train new employees, and manage skill development programs aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent as well as designing and delivering training programs to enhance workforce capabilities. The role also involves contributing to the development of the team within the insurance domain to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholdersExpertise in Training & Development and the ability to design impactful training programsExperience in Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talentFamiliarity with the Insurance domain, with knowledge of industry-specific practicesStrong organizational and leadership skillsExperience in motivating and mentoring teamsA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fieldProven experience in a similar role with a focus on recruitment and workforce development
