Location: Head Office, Ghaziabad Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training and development programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies, maintaining HR records, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, performance appraisals, and strategic workforce planning to support organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning5+ years experience in HR, preferably as HR Manager or Senior HR ExecutiveKnowledge of Employee Engagement, Training, and Development StrategiesStrong skills in Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, and CommunicationUnderstanding of Labor Law Compliance, HR Policies, and Organizational RegulationsAnalytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to evaluate HR metricsProficiency with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and other related softwareBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in the EPC or construction industry is an advantage
