We operate in Pakistan, KSA, UAE, and Qatar.Recruitment & Onboarding:Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels.Coordinating interviews, administering assessments, and facilitating the hiring process.Organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.Employee Relations:Managing day-to-day employee relations and addressing workplace conflicts.Facilitating effective communication between staff and management.Implementing programs and activities to maintain a positive work environment.Performance Management:Developing and administering performance evaluation processes.Coordinating periodic reviews and providing feedback for employee development.Collaborating with managers to set objectives and monitor progress.Training & Development:Identifying training needs and organizing relevant in-house or external training sessions.Coordinating mentorship programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills.Tracking the outcomes of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.Compensation & Benefits Administration:Assisting in the design and implementation of compensation structures.Administering benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Conducting market research to ensure competitive salary benchmarks.HR Policies & Compliance:Drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.Monitoring changes in labor legislation and advising management accordingly.HR Data Management & Reporting:Maintaining confidential employee records in HR Information Systems (HRIS).Preparing periodic reports on HR metrics and providing insights to the leadership team.Analyzing trends related to employee turnover, engagement, and performance.Employee Engagement & Culture:Organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.Supporting initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.Developing strategies to boost employee motivation and retention.
