Position: Performance Marketing SpecialistLocation: NASTP, Rawalpindi - On-SiteCompany: The Inventor SolutionsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who can launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for multiple brands. This role is NOT content writing - This role is performance & growth focused.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and scale paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok AdsBuild full funnel strategy: awareness → consideration → conversionPixel setup, UTM, conversion tracking, retargeting setupWeekly & monthly performance reporting (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC)Design & test ad creatives (using our design resources)Optimize landing pages for conversion (CRO)Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead qualityBasic SEO knowledge to support web team is a plusRequirements2+ years hands-on performance marketing experienceMust have ROI/ROAS mindset — not just “posting ads”Strong in Meta Ads and Google Ads platformsExperience building funnels for high-ticket services (BONUS)Experience with USA market targeting (PLUS)Salary Range: Market competitive (depending on experience) + performance bonus structure available.How to Apply: Send your CV + portfolio of ads you have run + results achieved to: hr@theinventorsolutions.net
