Chellecomm is expanding in Dallas and seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our high-energy sales and call-center teams. This role oversees employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, manual HR paperwork, attendance tracking, and overall HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR contact for our Dallas officeManage employee relations, corrective actions, and culture initiativesLead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales and lead generation roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating training class placements.Conduct in-person onboarding and complete all manual new hire paperworkMaintain personnel files, attendance logs, and HR documentationSupport payroll prep (pay changes, commissions, final pay)Assist with unemployment claims, compliance, and policy enforcementPartner with leadership on staffing, performance, and retentionQualifications3–5+ years of HR experience (management or lead role preferred)Experience in merchant services, call center, or high-volume recruitingStrong knowledge of Texas employment lawsExcellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skillsComfortable with manual HR paperworkBachelor’s degree requiredWhy Join ChellecommFast-growing, high-energy environmentCompetitive salaryOnsite role with strong leadership supportOpportunities to grow with the organization
