The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is critical to ensuring that candidates and hiring managers have an excellent experience through the pre-hire journey. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities:Requisition and posting operations:Create and maintain requisitions in Workday; review job descriptions and requisition details for compliance before posting.Post jobs to MITRE’s Careers page and applicable external sites; monitor posting status and correct issues promptly.Candidate and hiring team experience:Drive end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling, rescheduling, panel coordination, and travel arrangements.Partner with Executive Assistants and Admins to build efficient interview schedules across time zones and calendars.Provide white-glove onsite support as needed, including greeting/escorting candidates for in-person interviews.Feedback coordination and tracking:Track and support Recruiter on follow up on interview feedback.Maintain accurate, complete records to support audit readiness and reporting.Data integrity and compliance:Perform administrative reviews for data compliance, including offer checks, prior worker verification, and former government employee process.Uphold confidentiality, EEO, and OFCCP requirements.Stakeholder partnership:Coordinator support for Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates; proactively remove roadblocks and communicate updates.Support recruiting operations initiatives and ad hoc projects to improve process, tools, and candidate experience.Operations and continuous improvement:Track and report on key metrics (e.g., time-to-post, scheduling cycle time, feedback turnaround, data accuracy).Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degreeProficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS ExcelExperience coordinating interviews in a mid to high volume environment and working directly with Hiring Managers and Administrative or Executive Assistants for coordinationStrong organizational skills and the ability to adapt and be flexible to change managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstands the importance of data accuracyPrevious experience partnering with Recruiters for successHighly adaptable, providing comprehensive support across various aspects of Talent Acquisition, ensuring seamless coverage and collaboration with colleaguesInterested in gaining a deeper understanding of new tools and talent acquisition technologiesThis position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site work schedulePreferred Qualifications2 + years’ experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably WorkdayFamiliarity with OFCCP regulationsExperience using Concur for coordinating travelExperience with MS TeamsThis requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s):NoneThis requisition requires the hired candidate to have or obtain, within one year from the date of hire, the following clearance(s):NoneSalary compensation range and midpoint:$55,000 - $68,500 - $82,000 AnnualWork Location Type:HybridIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
