Human Resources Manager

Ellaway Blues Consulting is supporting a fast-growing industrial business in Haiphong that is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen its onsite HR function. This is a key role supporting both operational leadership and the wider workforce across a busy, evolving facility.You will take ownership of the full HR lifecycle, ensuring strong people processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience while acting as a trusted partner to site leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboardingOversee day-to-day HR operations and support leadership with employee relations and workforce planningEnsure compliance with Vietnamese labor law and internal policiesManage HR administration including contracts, personnel records, and reportingSupport office administration, workplace safety, and general site operationsProvide guidance on performance management, training, and talent development initiativesRequirements10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a management roleStrong background in HR generalist functions including employee relations, compensation, and talent managementProven knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, contracts, visas, and work permit processesExperience managing administrative operations and office environmentsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English or Chinese is requiredThis is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for a growing operation while working closely with senior leadership on site.
