Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a deep focus on technology recruitment.You will not only lead end-to-end hiring for technology and business-critical roles, but also act as a Talent Partner to business leaders. In this role, you will drive recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s DNA, advise managers on people-related decisions, support workforce planning & succession, and contribute to delivering an excellent employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for tech and business roles, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.Build strong talent pipelines and ensure hiring strategies align with the company’s DNA and workforce needs.Partner with managers as a talent advisor, providing market insights, recruitment recommendations, and data-driven hiring decisions.Support key talent planning by identifying critical roles, potential successors, and strong external talent pools.Enhance the candidate and new-hire experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and continuous process improvement.Use ATS and recruitment tools effectively, ensuring accurate data, efficient processes, and up-to-date insights on market and hiring trends.Requirements5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house + agency), especially in technology hiring and passive-candidate sourcing.Proven ability to attract and hire high-quality professionals across multiple tech domains: software engineering, data, product, IT, security, etc.Strong business acumen with the ability to use analytics to influence decisions and optimize processes.Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis to shape recruitment strategy.Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and act as a credible Talent Advisor.Benefit & PerksSalary & Allowances13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/monthSpecial occasion bonus: 2.500.000 VND/yearAnnual leaves: Up to 20 days/year (based on levels)Laptop, screen and other needed facilities/accounts/tools for workCareer GrowthYearly salary review and promotionDiverse career path: Management or Expert and functions rotation opportunityFree learning sources in Udemy, Coursera, O'relly platforms; internal workshop, certification sponsorship, and exclusive mentoring from C-levelsRecognition and awards at team and organizational levels.Working EnvironmentOpen & collaborative working space foster both individual focus and teamwork activitiesYoung, dynamic, and collaborative working atmosphereUnwind zones: gaming, table tennis, yoga, gyms, bath rooms, sleep corner.Quarterly/yearly teambuilding & engaged internal events.
