ABOUT JOBThe Recruitment Intern at Adecco's Client plays a key role in supporting the full cycle of recruitment activities, primarily for mass hiring in Store Operations. This includes tasks such as posting job ads, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The intern also manages recruitment administration by maintaining candidate databases and updating HR reports. Additionally, they contribute to employer branding efforts through career fairs and university collaborations and assist with general HR administration and training support activitiesLocation: Viettel Complex Tower, 285 Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Hoa Hung Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh CityWorking time: Monday – Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PMBase Monthly Income: Up to 15.000.000 VND (Gross)JOB DESCRIPTIONRecruitment Support HRBP to handle full cycle of recruitment activities, for mass recruitment for Store Operations, including job advertisement, sourcing candidates, screening process, interview arrangement, and onboarding/offboarding preparation. Handle recruitment administration: Prepare, update and maintain candidate profiles and database (hard copies & soft copies) accurately based on Company confidential information policies to make sure all files are kept and tracked correctly and thoroughly. Regularly update related HR & recruitment reports as assigned. Update & maintain related manual/ form/ process on internal system and with vendors. Support to prepare & conduct online & on-site employer branding activities (Career Fairs, Company Information Session, University collaboration activities, etc.…) Collaborate closely with HRBP to analyze recruitment result, identify potential new pool of candidates, recruitment trend and facilitate initial market research as assigned. Support HRBP to collaborate with Marketing and related department to develop Employer branding activities and effective Marketing tactic for recruitment to ensure both quality & quantity can be met. HR Administration & Training Support Assist in designing and producing recruitment content & design tailored for various platforms. Maintain and update recruitment-related posts across official social media channels (SNS). Help manage and optimize recruitment channels in coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Support other general day-to-day HR administrative works, including HR training for internal & external sessions. Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct managerQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree, major in HR, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred Proficiency in MS Office. Basic skills of design, video creation (Canva, Capcut). English: Business level (written & verbal)Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information. Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines.
