Job Description

The Learning & Development (L&D) Supervisor plays a key role in driving the organization’s learning culture and enhancing workforce capability. This role oversees the full lifecycle of learning programs — from planning, designing, and implementing to monitoring effectiveness — ensuring alignment with business goals, competency frameworks, and talent development strategies.The position partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and external training vendors to deliver impactful learning experiences that enhance organizational capability, employee performance, engagement, and career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & Planning Support the design and execution of the annual Learning & Development roadmap aligned with company strategy.Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments (TNA) to identify learning gaps at individual, team, and organizational levels.Collaborate with department heads to understand business goals and translate them into targeted learning interventions.Recommend data-driven learning solutions to strengthen workforce capability and address emerging skill gaps.Program Design & Delivery Develop, design, and customize training programs, learning materials, and content for various learning needs (technical skills, soft skills, leadership, compliance, onboarding).Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging, practical, and learner-centered experiences.Facilitate or coordinate training sessions to ensure delivery quality, relevance, and effectiveness.Continuously improve training content and learning pathways based on feedback, performance data, and business changes.Learning Operations & Governance Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS): content updates, user management, reporting, analytics, and system optimization.Monitor L&D processes, standards, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new learning technologies to enhance learning effectiveness.Develop, manage, and track the L&D budget; ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high program quality.RequirementsQualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related fields.Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training are a strong plus.3–5 years of hands-on experience in L&D, Talent Development, or HR with solid exposure to training operations and program management.Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and LMS administration.Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, instructional design frameworks, and competency models.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to balance strategic perspectives with practical, hands-on execution.High degree of adaptability, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.Our BenefitsCompetitive compensation including a 13th-month wage and up to 3 months of performance-based bonus.Laptops and other needed devices are currently supplied to all employees.BE Corp budget is allocated for using services such as transportation, food, and passenger car bookings in Be application.Annual health checks and premium medical healthcare (PTI) after probation.15 days of annual leave is applied for the entire employees.Company trips, team-building activities, and happy hour events are organized on a quarterly or annual basis.
