Position: Human Resources ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-timeIndustry: Real Estate🎯 Main Mission:The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing all HR processes within Luxarabia Real Estate — including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.The goal is to support the agency’s growth by creating a strong, high-performing company culture aligned with Luxarabia’s vision and values.⚙️ Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding • Identify hiring needs for all departments (real estate agents, marketing, admin, etc.) • Write and post job ads on relevant local and international platforms • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the full recruitment process • Develop and implement a smooth onboarding program for new hires • Organize training sessions and skill development workshops2. HR Administration & Compliance • Prepare employment contracts, visas, and all legal documentation according to UAE labor law (MOHRE, DIFC, etc.) • Manage attendance, leaves, and annual reviews • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data protection • Coordinate payroll and benefits with the finance department3. Performance Management & Development • Set clear KPIs and lead regular performance evaluations • Design and implement employee training and growth programs • Build a motivating and positive work environment • Identify and retain top-performing talent within the organization4. Culture & Internal Communication • Promote Luxarabia’s mission, vision, and values among all teams • Organize team-building events, employee recognition programs, and internal communications • Act as the main point of contact for HR-related questions and employee well-being💼 Required Skills:Technical Skills: • Solid experience with HR tools (ATS, payroll systems, performance tracking) • Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and employment regulations • Proven experience in recruitment, especially for sales and real estate roles • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory; Arabic is a plusSoft Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Strong leadership and diplomacy • Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment • High level of organization, discretion, and reliability • Proactive, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset🎓 Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate or sales sector • Familiarity with the UAE business environment and real estate recruitment is highly valued • Bilingual: Fluent in English and French💰 Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive fixed salary based on experience • Quarterly performance bonus • Visa and health insurance provided • Paid annual leave • Participation in international real estate events and company activitiesPlease contact and send your CV below:📧 admin@luxarabia.ae📞 +971 58 829 8364
