🌍 Recruitment Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist📍Location: Dubai / Cairo / Beijing / Baghdad Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Planning – Lead recruitment activities across departments by developing recruitment plans aligned with manpower needs; draft and post job advertisements through multiple recruitment platforms and channels.Interview Management – Conduct the full interview process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and issuing job offers.Recruitment Analytics – Consolidate and analyze recruitment data, continuously optimize recruitment processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and success rate.Channel Expansion & Projects – Expand and manage recruitment channel,s including campus recruitment programs, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) for critical positions, and strategic talent pipelines.Other Tasks – Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group’s global recruitment system.QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field from an accredited institution.Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; experience in the oil & gas or energy industry preferred; headhunting background is a plus.Expertise: Strong understanding of talent acquisition and development, proficient in interview techniques and methods, and familiar with relevant employment laws and regulations.Professionalism: High level of integrity, strong professional ethics, and a collaborative team spirit.Competencies: Strong delivery focus, excellent communication and coordination skills, and sharp talent assessment ability.Global Mobility: Willingness to accept international assignments with a strong global work mindset and adaptability.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------🌍 招聘经理 / 高级招聘专员📍工作地点: 迪拜 / 开罗 / 北京 / 巴格达岗位职责招聘规划:负责公司各部门岗位招聘,根据人力需求制定招聘计划,撰写并发布招聘信息,统筹招聘流程。面试实施:负责简历筛选、面试邀约、面试组织、复试安排及录用发放等全流程工作。招聘数据分析:定期汇总并分析招聘数据,持续优化招聘流程与方法,提升招聘效率与成功率。渠道拓展与项目执行:拓展多元招聘渠道,组织校园招聘,开展重点岗位 RPO 项目及高端人才寻访。其他工作:完成上级安排的其他专项任务,支持全球化招聘体系建设与执行。任职要求教育背景: 人力资源管理或相关专业,统招硕士及以上学历;经验要求: 三年以上招聘工作经验,具有石油或能源行业人脉资源者优先,有猎头从业经验者优先;专业能力: 对人才引进与开发有独到见解,熟悉各类面试技巧与方法,了解国家相关劳动法规;职业素养: 具备良好的职业道德、团队合作精神及高度的责任感;综合能力: 优秀的沟通协调与结果交付能力,具备敏锐的识人洞察力;全球化: 能接受海外派驻,具备开放的国际化思维与跨文化适应力。
