Job Description

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to support one of the largest real estate and development organizations in Dubai. This is a 6-month renewable contract role, focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across construction, project development, and land development functions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting within the real estate, construction, or property development sectors and a strong understanding of the technical and project-based roles that drive large-scale developments.You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand project needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. The role sits within the Talent Acquisition Department and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.Key Responsibilities• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across construction, project management, engineering, and support functions.• Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project requirements.• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.• Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice within the construction and development sectors.Qualifications & Experience• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within construction, property development, or real estate industries.• Proven experience hiring for technical, engineering, and project-based roles.• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and associated talent requirements.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) – mandatory.• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.• UAE experience preferred.• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.AvailabilityPreference will be given to candidates who are available immediately and currently based in the United Arab Emirates.Please apply with your CV and contact details.
