Job description:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes within our real estate organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s goals.1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles – sales, engineering, site staff, etc.Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.Conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate offers.Develop talent pipelines and maintain candidate database.2. Onboarding & Induction:Design and implement onboarding plans for new hires.Conduct induction sessions for new employees.Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.3. Employee Relations & Engagement:Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.Promote employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback systems.Foster a positive work environment through open communication.4. HR Policies & Compliance:Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry practices.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.5. Payroll & Attendance:Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.Manage attendance systems, leave records, and salary disbursements.Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.6. Performance Management:Implement performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.Conduct annual and periodic reviews with department heads.Support career development and succession planning.7. Training & Development:Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs.Arrange for leadership training, compliance training, and workshops.Measure effectiveness of training initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate/construction sector.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
