Job SummaryWe are looking for talented and experienced HR Managers to oversee and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & StaffingManage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.Utilize Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms for sourcing.Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews.2. HR OperationsMaintain employee records, HRMS data, and onboarding documentation.Handle joinings, exits, background verification, and asset management.Ensure smooth payroll coordination with accounts and finance teams.3. Employee Engagement & RetentionPlan and execute engagement activities, surveys, and HR initiatives.Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.Implement retention programs and grievance management.4. Performance ManagementDrive appraisal cycles, KPIs, and performance reviews.Work with leadership to manage performance improvement plans (PIP).5. HR Policy & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and applicable labor laws.Create, update, and communicate HR policies.6. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate L&D programs.Conduct HR orientation sessions for new employees. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and HR technologies (HRMS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
