Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and industry standards.• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the Finance team.• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.• Support department heads and management with manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee performance and retention.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry.• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Hands-on experience with HR systems, recruitment tools, and performance evaluation methods.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
