Work Schedule: Monday - FridayJob description:Creates and implements comprehensive training programs, including content development, facilitation, and evaluationCreates and develops effective training curriculumDelivers engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse employee groupsCollaborates with departmental leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives and prioritiesDevelops and maintains training materials, resources, and documentationContinuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure their effectivenessContributes to the overall talent development strategy and initiatives within the organizationConducts effective orientation programs for all incoming employeesIdentify and assess future and current learning and development needs of employeesJob Qualifications:With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the food and beverage industryStrong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiencesHas proven track record of successfully implementing and evaluating training initiativesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and people handling and management skillsAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentDegree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferredWilling to conduct store operations visitsFull-time on-site with work location in Pasig CityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Employee discountHealth insuranceWork Location: In person Caniogan Pasig
