Job Description

SMPC is looking for an experienced Talent Management and Organization Development Officer to lead initiatives across the corporate office and business units. You will conceptualize, implement, and evaluate strategic people programs that build capability, strengthen succession readiness, and align organizational structures and performance systems with business objectives.What we are looking for:Education: BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resource Management, BS Management, or related business degreeExperience: Minimum 5 years in HR with at least 3 years focused on Talent Management, Succession Planning, or Organization DevelopmentTechnical skills: Familiarity with Talent Management Systems, PeopleCore, LMS, QlikSense, and workforce analyticsPreferred: Licensed HR Practitioner and experience in training facilitation and change managementWhat you will doLead design and roll-out of talent management and succession planning programsManage end-to-end talent processes from identification to deployment and monitoringMaintain organizational charts, job description database, and competencies dictionaryAdminister and support Performance Management and OD systems and related analyticsProduce monthly workforce analytics and present findings to HR stakeholdersSupport promotions, transfers, individual development plans, and retention strategiesConduct HR surveys and exit interviews and coordinate stakeholder feedback sessionsSupport special HR projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones
