We value trust, collaboration, professionalism, and a disciplined, goal-oriented approach in everything we do.Key Responsibilities • Establish HR standards and procedures. • Continually evaluates compensation policies and procedures. • Establish the Human Resources Dept.'s objectives, plans, budget, internal memo, and policies. • Continuously maintain, update, and develop human resources policy and other regulations on a timely basis to ensure they are reflecting the need and compliance with Cambodian labor law. • Manage the HR filings, both hard and soft documents, to ensure that those documents are filed and entered properly and privately. • Ensure the accuracy of the salary, compensation, and staff’s benefits by reviewing payroll and relevant reports, and ensure they are paid promptly. • Properly control staff probation status and issue letters of confirmation, failure, or termination. • Ensure staff profiles are safe and up to date. • Prepare compensation and benefit reports analysis. • Follow up to synthesize and appraise data. • Understand and produce HR department reports by week and month. • Other tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and other related fields • Good command of Khmer and English • Computer literate (Ms. Word & Excel) and internet must be required • At least 2 years of experience in HR job • Be able to operate the fingerprint system would be an advantage • Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment self-motivated • Be honest and patient; follow the instruction from the superior • Strong interpersonal, team-building, and negotiation skills • Good at communication skill • Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team Working Days and Hours • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:30pm to 5:30pm • Saturday 8am to 12pm • Lunchtime: 12:00pm to 1:30pm Salary and Benefits • Coffee and milk • Annual Salary increment & Annual Bonus • Insurance • Incentive trip (inbound and outbound) • Annual Staff Party • Internal and External TrainingInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CVs and cover letters to our Email: sambodina20@gmail.com or 𝙏𝙀𝙇𝙀𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙈: 093 26 37 36.
