Job PurposeThe HR Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading the recruitment team, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring staffing needs are met, and supporting HR initiatives to attract and retain top talent. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection • Lead, mentor, and supervise the recruitment team• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, job offers• Draft and post job announcements across platforms• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical positions• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reportsProcess Management • Improve recruitment strategies and processes• Maintain recruitment tracking system and candidate database• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law• Develop employer branding activitiesTeam Leadership• Set clear goals and KPIs for recruiters• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback• Ensure the team meets target deadlines
