Specializing in connecting Tajik customers with major Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, and 1688, Daryo simplifies online shopping through local payments, fast delivery, and full transparency. The platform tackles challenges in the China-Tajikistan consumer pipeline, including payments, logistics, and language barriers, to reshape online shopping experiences for millions. Daryo's services include marketplace aggregation, local wallet payments, streamlined logistics, and real-time tracking for enhanced reliability and speed. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Ismail Samani District. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing recruitment and on-boarding processes. Additional responsibilities include handling personnel management and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, assisting with conflict resolution, and improving employee engagement across the organization. The individual will act as a critical partner to leadership in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational goals. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of Human Resources practices, including HR Management and Personnel Management.Experience with creating and implementing HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs.Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle workplace challenges effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.Proficiency in local labor laws and regulations in Tajikistan.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in multiple languages, including Tajik and Russian, is an advantage.
