Investor Relations Specialist

About the jobWe're seeking talented professionals ready to apply their analytical and financial skills to support investment strategies and engage in investor relations on a global scale. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management across Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Pakistan and to raise investments for our UK-based HoldCo with international investors from the US, UK, and other countries.Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of investment opportunities, develop and maintain financial models (DCF, comparative analysis, and more), and assess promising projects and companies.Unit Economics: Model product unit economics, analyze the product lifecycle, and provide recommendations to enhance financial metrics.Reporting and Audit: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and potential investors. Participate in the holding's annual audit process and assist in preparing consolidated reports by coordinating with auditing firms to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.Market Research: Analyze current market trends, competitive landscape, and investment risks, providing informed recommendations to support strategic decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with diverse functional teams to ensure consistency in financial data and messaging, collaborating with senior management across multiple countries.Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience and Education: Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields, with expertise in financial analysis, investment analysis, or audit, including practical experience working with financial reports.Financial Skills: Proficient in developing and analyzing financial models (DCF, comparative analysis, sensitivity analysis) with a solid command of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Certifications: Experience with IFRS is required; certifications like F1, F2, F7, and F9 in ACCA or equivalent professional certifications, such as CFA or CAP/CIPA, are advantageous.Communication Skills: Good command of English (B2 or above), with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex data.Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating projects within finance or investments is a plus, as is a proven ability to work in a team and interact effectively across functions.What We Offer: Five-day work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMCompetitive salaryEquity option plan in HoldCo (UK) for outstanding performanceProfessional development reimbursement for courses and exams, including ACCAFlexible perks: discounts at various shops and cafes, regular salary reviews
