Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist with comprehensive experience across all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and government platforms.Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding). Handle employee relations and maintain accurate employee records. Manage HR government platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI. Prepare monthly payroll inputs and attendance data. Support employee inquiries and assist in resolving internal issues. Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi Labor Law. Prepare monthly HR reports and support HR operational improvements.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government systems. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
