Payroll Officer

🏢 Company: UTEC📍 Location: [Riyadh – 2nd Industrial City ]🚨 We’re Hiring: Payroll OfficerUTEC: is a Market leader in Saudi Arabia in Power Solution: Producing Medium Power Oil Transformers, Dry Type Distribution Transformers, Unit, Package, Prefabricated and Mobile Substations, Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgears, All type of Panels and Modular Prefabricated Data Centers.Payroll Officer responsibilities include calculating employees compensation, updating internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments.What You’ll Bring : -Manage monthly payroll processing for Permanent and Contract Employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. -Maintain and update payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary revisions, and attendance records. -Calculate and verify salaries, overtime, deductions, and benefits. -Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and payslips in a professional manner. -Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data integration between systems. -Manage and track employee loans – new loan applications, approvals, and repayment schedules. -Prepare and submit the Mudad report every month to ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations. -Prepare Final Settlements for resigned or terminated employees Stay updated on payroll, Mudad, GOSI, and labor law requirements. Minimum Qualification & Experience:· Any Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or HR . · Payroll Experience for 2-5 years in similar industry -Must Have SAP ERP experience  Required Skills: -Experience working with the Mudad platform is required. -Good knowledge of Saudi payroll laws and GOSI/WPS regulations. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers. -Excellent communication and confidentiality skills. -Experience with payroll systems ( SAP ).-Excellent Microsoft Skills .  ·      🔹 Why Join Us?UTEC has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in the Middle East for the last 3 years.
