Icelandic Customer Service Representative for Barcelona office

Position: Customer Service Representative.Full time position 38,5h/week (Monday to Sunday).Temporary Contract.Location: Barcelona, on-siteAbout the role:As a Customer Support Advisor, you will identify and understand the needs of international travellers and accommodation partners. You will mediate between both sides by listening, responding, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service across email and phone interactions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a customer support advisor for a prestigious travel company, you will be in charge of understanding and identifying customer needs.
