ICT Business Analyst

Role Description1. Leading workshops, meetings, and requirement refinement sessions.2. Translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.3. Supporting testing and validation of integrated systems.4. Facilitating delivery team ceremonies and resolving impediments.5. Identifying change impacts and supporting business readiness.6. Producing quality artefacts and ensuring governance compliance.7. Applying continuous improvement principles to enhance customer and employee experience.8. Working closely with Architects, Tech leads, developers and security engineers to support solution design, implementation and testing.Job Requirements 1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation or digital products environments.2. Background in web, mobile apps, APIs and digital channels .3. Working experience in IAM and Identity migration.4. Banking experience is must.5. Worked in largescale migration projects.6. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working within cross-functional squads.7. Hands on experience with tools such as Jira, confluence or similar.8. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.9. Strong understanding of technology, able to confidently engage with technical stakeholders, translate business needs into technology considerations, and assess feasibility.
